Who is responsible
DIGITALISTA AI is operated by AJETE DIGITAL – PRESTAÇÃO DE SERVIÇOS (SU), LDA, Luanda, Angola ("Ajete Digital", "we", "us"). Questions about privacy can be sent to developer@ajetedigital.com.
Data we process
- Account details such as name, email address, user ID and public profile information.
- Photos you select to create an avatar, references, profile images and finished creations.
- Video and audio references you intentionally upload for a video creation.
- Prompts, style selections, generation settings and job status.
- Subscription, purchase and credit transaction records.
- Device notification tokens, app version and limited operational diagnostics.
- Community posts, follows, likes, reports and blocks when you use social features.
We do not sell your photos, facial content or personal data.
Facial photos and avatars
Avatar photos are used to create and preserve your private Digitalista identity for future creations. They are validated on your device and transferred over encrypted connections to private, user-isolated storage. They are not published to the community unless you explicitly publish a finished creation.
Avatar identity photos remain private until you delete that avatar or your account because they are the identity source for later creations. We do not describe or transfer identity traits from a preset person into your avatar.
How data is used
- To authenticate you and keep your session secure.
- To create avatars, images, videos, visual recipes and enhancements you request.
- To operate the server-authoritative credit wallet and verify App Store purchases.
- To deliver generation progress, completion notifications and customer support.
- To moderate abuse, investigate reports and protect the community.
- To maintain reliability and improve the product using privacy-conscious analytics.
Analytics do not contain your photos, facial content, raw private prompts, secret tokens or provider payloads.
Service providers and international processing
We use carefully selected infrastructure, storage, authentication, payment, notification and AI-processing services to perform the features you request. These processors may handle data in countries outside your residence under contractual and technical safeguards. AI provider credentials and privileged database credentials remain on DIGITALISTA servers and are never embedded in the iPhone app.
Apple independently processes App Store purchases and Sign in with Apple information under Apple's own privacy terms.
Storage, security and retention
Private media is protected by access controls and short-lived signed links. Failed avatar or reference uploads are eligible for cleanup after seven days. Inputs attached to completed or failed video jobs are eligible for cleanup after 24 hours. Completed creations remain until you delete them or delete your account, unless a longer period is legally required.
No internet service can guarantee absolute security. If we identify a breach that affects your rights, we will respond and notify you as required by applicable law.
Sharing and community controls
Sharing is optional. Only a finished creation you deliberately publish can appear in the community feed. Avatar inputs, private references, identity manifests and unpublished results are never added automatically. You can delete a publication, report content, block users and control whether a post is public or limited to followers where the feature is available.
Your choices and rights
You can update your profile, manage notifications, delete individual creations and avatars, or delete your account from Settings. Account deletion removes user-owned private media and account records, subject to legally required transaction or security records. You may also request access, correction, deletion or information about your data by emailing us.
Children and policy updates
DIGITALISTA AI is not directed to children under 13, or the higher minimum age required in their country. We may update this policy as the service or law changes. Material changes will be communicated in the app or by another appropriate channel before taking effect.
